Services include the provision of Heritage Statements; Historic Building Recording Reports and Significance Assessments for planning purposes; Conservation Management Plans; Planning application document reviews and advice for consultees and interested parties, and ad hoc reports including conservation area assessments and thematic studies.
Past projects have included the provision of Heritage Statements for listed and unlisted residential and commercial properties located in central London conservation areas; a thematic study of historic school buildings for SAVE Britain's Heritage; an Archaeological Environmental Impact Assessment for a Scheduled Monument under the stewardship of English Heritage and a historic environment report on post-war housing for a London Borough.
